Client: That Guinness Girl

Background: That Guinness Girl is a Guinness expert & enthusiast based in Co. Galway, Ireland. Travelling far and wide, this girl has built up a substantial following on Instagram where she posts real, honest reviews of pints of Guinness. To celebrate her journey, That Guinness Girl wanted to create a small line of merchandise to sell online.
Brief: To create a fun, unique illustration to be embroidered on beanies that represented That Guinness Girl’s brand and incorporates the Irish heritage.
Design: After experimenting with many different ideas, we eventually decided on the “Claddagh Pint”. Inspired by the iconic Claddagh ring, which celebrates love, loyalty and friendship, this design seemed to fit perfectly with the brand - especially once we incorporated That Guinness Girl’s signature red nail varnish.
